Find out information about GIS, GIS applications in environmental problems, hydraulic models, water quality models, watershed models, waterworks and sewerworks systems in Internet. 1) Find out information about GIS in Internet such basic concept, history, and softwares (ArcGIS ..) 2) Install MapWindow and study it. Explain all the menus and example projects. 3. Find out information about learning programming languages such as Visual C, Basic, and Java in the Internet. 4. And you can use Web Copier for copying the contents of Internet to make the report. III. Do all the example problems in the textbooks "Environment Modeling" and class contents in HWP files. 1. Modify or use the slide file in professor's homepage. 2. Make the avi files of class contents, example problems, and other assignments. 3. Explain all the assignment through the production of video file. 4. Submit all the hwp files of homework. 5. Transfer all the avi results to FTP accounts. 6. Submit the homework problems of the slide in each chapter. 7. All of your homework assignments should be explainged by AVI files by using Snagit, or Camtasia, or eStream. 8.
